Greeley Indivisible, COURT HOUSE STEPS and The Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom are hosting the annual Greeley Women’s March on Saturday, Jan. 19th, gathering at 9:00 AM at the Weld County Court House, corner of 9th Ave & 9th St. Practicing our First Amendment rights of the US Constitution, we publicly oppose issues and events that hurt all citizens. To stay quiet we would be giving tacit approval to politicians who have selfish motivations in governance.

Our webmaster is a Visionary

Patrick Davis created our website and has maintained the inner workings of it for a year and a half. Whenever I need help in creating a new post or page, he’s right there, and has never charged Greeley Indivisible anything other than a nominal hosting fee. Now he is embarking on a new career in accessible web development, and has been chosen to be a presenter at the HighEd Web Conference in Sacramento, CA in October.

Meeting Wednesday July 25th

There will be a general members’ meeting on Wednesday, July 25th. Candidates and/or their surrogates are invited to give short speeches and take questions. We’d like for you to submit questions for either individual candidates or for all — please email Lyn: greeleyindivisible@gmail.com. And do come to the meeting and make your voice heard — take the mic!

Our Democratic candidates are already working hard to win in November. Please consider your role as a progressive, mindful person in getting people registered, their ballots filled out and either mailed or turned in. Know the rules — thankfully, this vote is really simple compared to voting in the primary.

Greeley Solidarity Women’s March

Saturday, 20 January 2018

10 AM – 11:30 Weld County Court House Steps to

Lincoln Park, Greeley, CO

This march is to protest and call out Trump’s degrading behavior toward women, what it signals to other men and most importantly what it signals to our youth…
It also supports what women and men can do to challenge and fight back against his irrational, sexist, and racist actions, his disrespect for nations, our planet and his quest for profit over people. Our guest speaker will be Karen McCormick, Candidate for Congress, CD 4.

One year ago, we didn’t set out to tell people to have hope. We set out to tell people they have power. And with that power, you gave an entire country hope and showed them resisting the Trump agenda was possible.

Today’s the first anniversary of this movement and we’re celebrating you. We have a lot of fun things in store on Facebook and Twitter to show our gratitude, and we can’t wait for you to see them. But first, we want to share a message and a video we made to commemorate the brilliant work you’ve done this year.
